Overview

Smoless is a mobile app that helps you reduce smoking by making tracking effortless and gradually adapting your daily goal. It's designed to be one-tap, no-guilt, and entirely under your control.

Eligibility and accounts

• Smoless is for adults. You must be old enough to legally purchase tobacco products in your country to use it.
• Using Smoless requires an account. You sign in with Apple or Google, and you're responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app, under Settings → your profile → “Subscription and account” → Delete account.
• If you think your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

Your content

You keep ownership of the smoking logs and profile data you add to Smoless. You grant Smoless permission to process that content to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the service. This includes attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the app's operation, or using Smoless for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Smoless offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock the full app. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase, and a free trial may be offered.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not inside Smoless. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you reinstall or switch devices, you can restore an active purchase from the app. See our Restore purchases guide.

Service changes and availability

We're building Smoless to be dependable, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

Health disclaimer

Smoless is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a self-tracking tool. If you have health concerns related to smoking, talk to a qualified healthcare professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smoless won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you haven't paid.

Termination

You can stop using Smoless at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if there's a serious violation of these Terms, to protect users, or to comply with legal obligations.
